Thank you for supporting our shop! Every order of our traditional textiles and display hardware is carefully packed by hand and dispatched using Chit Chats for secure, tracked transit.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer transparent flat-rate shipping with free combined shipping on all multi-item orders. Add as many items as you like to your cart—you only pay the flat base rate once.

U.S. Customs & Duties (DDP)

• No surprise fees upon delivery: Our $11.00 CAD flat rate covers Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) customs entry.
• Orders cross the border directly into the USPS network with full door-to-door tracking. You will not be billed surprise import fees, handling surcharges, or COD charges upon arrival.

Sales Tax

• 0% Added Tax: We operate under Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) Small Supplier exemption. No additional GST/HST/PST will be added to your order at checkout—the prices you see in the shop are final.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Fulfillment Window: Orders are packed and dropped off with Chit Chats within 1–3 business days.
• Weekend & Holidays: Orders placed over the weekend or on Canadian statutory holidays begin processing the next business day.
• Tracking: As soon as your shipping label is generated, you will receive an email confirmation with your direct tracking link. Tracking scans typically begin updating within 24 hours of induction.

Delivery & Package Inquiries

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address prior to placing your order. We cannot redirect packages once handed over to the carrier.
• Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us at seasonsofkyoto@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can promptly file an inquiry and make things right.
